Marc Lustig is Head of Capital Markets and Member of the Board of Directors at Cresco Labs. Previously, Mr. Lustig was the founder and CEO of CannaRoyalty Corp. (d.b.a. Origin House), a leading distributor of cannabis products including its owned brands in California and other markets. Following the acquisition of Origin House by Cresco Labs in January 2020, Mr. Lustig has overseen capital markets activities, including executing on the company’s capital strategy. He is also responsible for managing relationships with Cresco Labs’ various capital markets stakeholders. In the fifteen years prior to founding Origin House, Mr. Lustig worked in the pharmaceutical industry at Merck & Co., then in capital markets as a Director of GMP Securities L.P., Head of Capital Markets at Dundee Capital, and Principal at KES 7 Capital. In addition to being a Board Member of Cresco Labs, Mr. Lustig is the Chairman of Trichome Financial Corp., Chairman of IMC Cannabis, and Director of Pharmacielo Ltd. and Aequus Pharmaceuticals.
He holds Master of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees from McGill University in Montréal, Québec, Canada.
